ON the left we have walnut oils that are high in Omega-3… the exact prescription for reducing chronic inflammation and reducing risks for heart disease. ON the right we have avocado oils which are high in monounsaturated fatty acids, are ideal for frying, and blessed with antioxidants and vitamins (carotinoids) and are full of phytosteroids… Natural superpowers… Not a word mentioned of these treats in articles reaching all the people. Writers about food should be nutrition based professionals only. Anything else is just missed opportunity. Fractious writers need discarded with the burnt crumbs.
