Food trucks are feeding the nation.  So far, near here, there are food truck festivals and weekend food truck parking lot concessions around town.  Restaurants are food trucking, too!  Making fancy food truck food and serving it elsewhere.  Movable locale.  The concept works because it takes food to the people.  Get it to the people.
